We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to take the reins of our cold-calling efforts, reaching CEOs and business leaders eager to transform their businesses with expert HR solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Engage and Persuade: Connect with CEOs and business leaders of companies with up to 200 employees, presenting tailored HR solutions that drive growth and success. Goal is to schedule an appointment so one of our team members can meet to share more about our services with a discovery call.
- Make It Happen: Conduct an average of 80–120 cold calls daily to generate interest and schedule high-value appointments. Research shows that for every 100 calls, industry averages indicate 1–3 successful appointments. Are you ready to beat the odds?
- Build Relationships: Be a trusted resource for business leaders, identifying pain points and introducing our services.
- Drive Results: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic outreach and follow-up.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our dynamic team to refine sales strategies and ensure leads convert into satisfied clients. Make 150+ calls a day with the goal of scheduling a follow up discovery call with HR team and business leader. Send out proposals, conduct demos on our system, provide input on reach out email campaigns and more.
- Persistence: You have a "never give up" attitude, thriving on turning a “no” into a “yes.”
- Professional Voice: Your clear, confident speaking voice makes a lasting impression.
- Sales Savvy: Previous experience in cold calling or inside sales, with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You understand the challenges CEOs face and can empathize with their needs.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and comfort navigating sales software, specifically HUBSPOT. Experience with Zoom, Outlook Office Suite and Asana. Will be expected to conduct demos on our technology within first couple of months.
- Detailed: Will be scheduling meetings, follow ups, managing email campaigns, sending out information and more. Will be preparing proposals, sending out contract through RightSignature.
- Project Management Skills: Follow up, tracing prospects through implementation requires strong project management skills.
- Professional: Understand the importance of always being professional, showing up early, networking, etc.
