The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and outgoing HR Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Norcross, GA. This in-office role is key to our growth strategy and offers the right candidate a chance to build meaningful relationships, promote innovative HR solutions, and make a visible impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Outreach & Pipeline Growth
    • Follow up on email marketing campaigns with outbound calls and personalized reach-outs.
    • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
  • Networking & Community Engagement
    • Represent HR Partners, Inc. at local events, industry mixers, and community gatherings (including occasional after-hours engagements).
    • Build strong partnerships and maintain a consistent presence in the business community along with helping us build out a Broker outreach Referral Newtork.
  • Consultative Sales Approach
    • Understand the pain points of small to mid-sized businesses and recommend HR solutions tailored to their needs.
    • Educate prospects on our PEO and ASO offerings in a confident, consultative manner.
  • CRM Excellence
    • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within HubSpot CRM.
    • Leverage automation tools to nurture leads and stay top of mind with prospects.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Partner with internal HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff of new clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, account management, or outside sales—ideally in HR services, staffing, payroll, or related industries.
  • HubSpot CRM experience strongly preferred.
  • Natural relationship builder with excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Energized by networking and community involvement.
  • Comfortable working in an in-office setting and attending events after hours as needed.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
